Training Approach:Holistic and individualized. I think about dosing training elements (i.e. mobility, strength, power, speed, and endurance) comprehensively, and specifically for you.
Assessment and Evaluation: By performing a range of motion assessment, movement screen, body composition analysis, and performance testing, I will determine your KPIs. These will be used to track progress towards your goals.
Goal Alignment: As you evolve, your goals evolve, and so will your training. I'll continuously adjust training based on your readiness and progress.
Movement Quality: Because this is the foundation of long-term success, I place an emphasis on movement quality to build resilience and durability.
