I’m Blair Lloyd, a sports performance coach, educator, and lifelong learner dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential. With a background in collegiate sports performance and a passion for integrating sports technology, I take a principles-driven approach to athletic development.
Currently, I serve as the Director of Training at Pure Performance Training. My previous experience includes Northeastern University, Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, and the University of Miami. My coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: values-based coaching, principles-based practice, and evidence-based decision-making. I believe in maximizing strengths, improving limiters, and using data-driven strategies to ensure athletes make measurable progress in speed, strength, and overall performance.
Beyond coaching, I’m committed to educating coaches, parents, and athletes on best practices in sports performance. Whether through mentorship, speaking engagements, or course development, my goal is to empower others with the knowledge and confidence to train effectively.
