Meet Your coach

Welcome to Built For This. I'm Glad You're Here.

I’m Coach Blair Lloyd, a sports performance coach, educator, and lifelong learner dedicated to equipping athletes with the guidance and resources they need to compete. With a background in collegiate strength and conditioning and a passion for integrating performance technology, I take an individualized and holistic approach to human performance.

I bring over a decade of experience across Division I strength and conditioning, corporate fitness training and management, and I hold dual master’s degrees in Applied Physiology and Organizational Leadership. I am also recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as both a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS).

My coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: values-based coaching, principles-based practice, and evidence-based decision-making. I believe in maximizing strengths, improving limiters, and using data-driven strategies to ensure you make measurable progress in your overall performance.
